The most obvious of them all. Everybody knows that being present on social media is a must these days. The question is how to maximize exposure and stand out from the crowd. The answer is somewhat simple: Don’t be generic. Insert yourself in your content from time to time. We may live in a digital world, but people trust people, not algorithms. A lot of real estate agents struggle with coming up with their “unique” value that separates themselves from other agents. Your “value” is who you are. Based on your personality, you’ll appeal to different people. Find what you can leverage. Your past experience? Your charismatic personality, detail-oriented nature? Then own it and use it to your advantage!

You can rent it to non-profit organization or people who need it (which pays it back over time and gets you exposure).  You can also park it in high traffic areas. If there’s an event that attracts possible homeowners, park it there. If there is a high-profile concert or sports game, park it close by. This is just on example, but there are plenty other out-of-the-box ideas that can truly set you apart.
